Adil received his Master of Computer Engineering degree from Florida.

Leveraging his experience as a Consultant-Architect for Microsoft’s Service Provider Cloud, Arif is guiding the transformation of SMART Service Desk from on premise to a SaaS company. Arif brings over thirty years of experience in Satellite Engineering Operations and Cloud Architecture. He led the test team for Motorola’s Iridium Global Communication Satellite System, and has worked at SAIC, Boeing, Microsoft and Siemens. Arif is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
